We were running a very successful pastured poultry farm in Greeneville, TN, but after Donald the Dick-tator began his quest to destroy the U.S., we decided to sell our farm and move to Portugal. Crazy? Maybe. But there’s a lot to be said about a simpler life in a country that hasn’t become the world’s pariah. This website and blog are our way of keeping friends and family up to date on what’s going on and our adventures in Portugal.
